We are delighted to offer this Wm Evans best side lock ejector for sale on behalf of our client. This traditional English side by side shotgun is in very good condition.

The original, well figured straight hand stock measures 14 3/8″ in wood. Presented with a small gold stock oval – engraved. The chequering to the stock and splinter forend is in fair condition, showing signs of only light use. Made Circa 1928

Scroll engraved, coin finished action with William Evans in banner to both lock plate flanks. Barrels engraved William Evans. 63 Pall Mall. St James`s. London

With 28″ Dovetail barrels, Dolls head extension. Chambered for 2 1/2″ – 65mm cartridges. London Nitro proofed. Choked Imp Cyl & 3/8.
