We are delighted to offer this extremely beautiful DBHE AD 12bore George Gibbs side by side game gun for sale.

Having served our client for many years, he has sadly decided to pass the ownership of this traditional English box lock to someone new. The gun underwent a full service before the last season but remained unused.

The scallop back action is adorned with scroll engraving, with SAFE in gold to the auto safety return. The blued action furniture & pins are faultless. The action is tight and the gun has a great balance in the hand. Double triggers, straight hand stock that has been very well lengthen with wood to make 15 1/2″ to middle. Presented with a large plain silver oval. Made circa 1965

28″ Dovetail barrels, chambered 2 3/4″ – 70mm. Churchill style matted raised top rib with brass foresight. Barrels engraved George Gibbs. Park Row. Bristol.
