We are pleased to offer this delightful DBHE AD 16 bore William Evans box lock ejector shotgun for sale.

Presented in a very good condition, showing minimum signs of use. The original 14 1/8″ straight hand stock is nicely figured with a silver stock oval and horn butt plate. The flat top style chequering to both stock and forend wood is clean and shows no signs of being re-cut. The action is tastefully engraved with scroll & the makers name is clear on the flanks. Coin finished action with blued action furniture. The action does show signs of slight rusting that has been polished out in its past.

The 28″ Dovetail barrels with Dolls head extension measure well. Please see report below. The makers name and address on top rib is faint but visible.

Weighing only 5lb 13oz, this best quality English box lock ejector should not be missed as it would be the perfect gun for Partridges
